Nylon Threads

Bonded Nylon Thread(66): Bondex is made from 100% Continuous Polyamide 6.6 (Nylon 6.6) high tenacity yarn on latest imported machines. The Thread through a special process, various plies of thread is bonded together, so that, the plies will not open during further processes and improves the qualities of thread.

Key Benefits:

• Excellent performance of multi-directional sewing operation as the plies stay together, due to the bonding of plies.
• Exceptionally high abrasion resistance due to coating of specially formulated bonding chemical.
• High Melting point of above 260° C, thus, preventing thread melting at needle eye while sewing.
• Low stretch and excellent recovery properties resulting in very neat seams.
